General

All merchandise remains the property of Juzwear until full payment has been received. Juzwear reserves the right to cancel, hold, or further investigate an order if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, incorrect information, or other irregularities, even if this affects the estimated delivery time.

Minor variations in material, colour, weight, measurements, stitching, manufacturing, or appearance may occur and will not necessarily be considered defects. Juzwear reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Quality & Manufacturing

Juzwear takes reasonable care to inspect garments throughout the production process. However, minor manufacturing variations may occur, including colour variations, stitching inconsistencies, garment labelling differences, loose stitching, holes, or other minor imperfections.

Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed due to differences between fabric, printing processes, lighting, and individual screen displays.

Ownership of Rights

All website content, including text, graphics, images, logos, designs, photographs, and other materials, remains the property of Juzwear or its respective licensors.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, store, publish, or commercially use any website content without prior written permission from Juzwear, except where permitted by applicable law.

Turnaround Time

If your order is required by a specific date, please inform us at the time of placing your order. Rush production or delivery charges may apply where applicable.

If a deadline is communicated only after the order has been processed, Juzwear may not be able to accommodate the requested date.

Delivery and production timelines may also be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including transportation delays, supplier delays, adverse weather, production interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Artwork & Customer Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork, spelling, logos, colours, measurements, placement, and other details before approving production.

Juzwear will make reasonable efforts to identify obvious errors, but cannot be held responsible for mistakes contained in customer-supplied artwork or approved proofs.

Once artwork has been approved, Juzwear will proceed with production based on that approval. Changes requested after approval may result in additional costs and production delays.

Printing near collars, seams, edges, sleeves, or other garment construction areas may result in minor variations in registration or ink coverage. Such variations may be considered acceptable within normal production tolerances.

Cancellations & Restocking

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order.

Where applicable, cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking or processing fee, together with any additional costs for services, materials, artwork, or production already completed.

Once production, printing, garment modification, tagging, embroidery, or other customization has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Pricing

Juzwear reserves the right to change product and service pricing without prior notice. Pricing may vary due to changes in garment costs, fabrics, printing materials, labour, transportation, supplier pricing, taxes, or other operating costs.

The price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed at the time of purchase.

Satisfaction

Juzwear strives to provide high-quality garments and custom apparel. However, satisfaction may vary according to individual preferences regarding garment style, fit, colour, fabric, or design.

Customers are encouraged to carefully select garments based on their requirements. Where available, customers may request blank samples before placing a larger order. Sample charges and delivery costs may apply.

Quality Assurance

Juzwear makes reasonable efforts to inspect garments during and after production. Customers should inspect their order promptly after receiving the goods.

Any issue, shortage, damage, or quality concern should be reported to Juzwear within 72 hours of receiving the order.

Claims reported after this period may not be accepted. Customers are also responsible for checking goods before distributing or reselling them to their own customers.

Juzwear will not be responsible for indirect losses, lost income, lost customers, business opportunities, or contracts resulting from defective, delayed, or incorrectly supplied garments, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Product Descriptions & Images

Juzwear makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, and other information displayed on the website are accurate.

However, product colours may appear differently depending on your monitor, mobile device, browser, lighting conditions, and screen settings.

Product images are provided for illustration purposes and the actual product may have minor variations in colour, texture, finish, stitching, or appearance.

Juzwear does not guarantee that all website content, product descriptions, photographs, or other information will always be completely accurate, current, complete, or error-free.

Delivery

Orders will be processed and delivered according to the delivery timeframe communicated at the time of purchase or in the applicable order/shipping confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, customization requirements, shipping location, courier services, and circumstances beyond Juzwear’s control.

Customers should provide accurate delivery information when placing an order. Juzwear cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Privacy Statement
